Colleen and Katie’s Singing and Rainbows Family Concert is hitting the stage at Perth Festival of the Arts!

Singing and Rainbows present 40 minutes of favourites, with something for everyone, in an informal and relaxed setting. Sing, dance, wiggle or just sit back and watch.
